Facilities Services

Job Description: The facility services team maintains the building and grounds of Pinnacle Athletic Campus, working with the team to oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies. Must be available nights and weekends.

Job Skills & Requirements:

Communication-Work with team and management to make sure the job gets done. Being able to clearly explain what needs to be done when necessary.

Attention to detail-Making sure cleaning, upkeep, and safety standards are maintained, or efficiencies are discovered, is key.

Team Leader - Shift Manager

Job Description: The energetic team leader supervises the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensures safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times. Schedules lessons, facility tours, and establishes an understanding of all pinnacle programs. Fitness Center Experience and CPR Certified a plus. Sport Management Majors preferred. 35 - 40 Hours a week.

Job Skills & Requirements:

Communication-Work with team and management to make sure the job gets done. Being able to clearly explain what needs to be done when necessary. The ability to communicate Pinnacle programs with potential customers and close sales.

Problem-Solving-The ability to solve problems on your own before contacting upper management.

Computer Skills-Sign up potential memberships, cash handling, and phone skills.
